The Mugshot – Georgetown, Penang, Malaysia

2022-08-21 by globetrotter Leave a Comment

Continuing the theme we’d set for the day yesterday, we moved from our location for breakfast to a coffee shop just down the street.

The coffee was good, and we shared a table with a couple of expats who also live in Thailand; one from the US, and one from New Zealand. Had a great conversation and Crystal found a potential employee too.

It was fun sharing travel experiences and travel tips. The two ladies are also divers, so Crystal was able to geek out with them about diving.

We haven’t been too energetic today, considering our absurdly early wake-up time. Wandering around Georgetown isn’t such a bad thing. Great place to wander!

After this we headed to the hotel to check in, and have a nap. That’s what happens when you start getting old, but having less than five hours of sleep doesn’t help either.
