Headed down to Chinatown (aka Yaowarat Road) one night recently to do some street photography. It wasn’t a rainy night, and this time I had my camera, and not just my phone. I had my Olympus 40-150 mm f/2.8 lens on (my favourite lens!), so I was able to capture some candid shots without being in someone’s face. Because of the 2x crop factor on my Panasonic G9, the lens functioned as a 80-300 mm.
Next time I go, I am going to use my Panasonic 25 mm f/1.4 lens, and probably go during the day. I also have an unusual 15 mm f/8 Olympus that will function best in daylight. I have only tested it out a bit.
I like shooting at night, and it’s always a challenge. I think I got some decent shots. Hope you like them!
