An evening timelapse of Pattaya Bay (Ao Phatthaya) from the Pattaya viewpoint just behind the Pattaya City Sign. I woke up with a stiff back, but once I get moving it tends to subside. I’d say the chiropractic treatment has worked and I’m definitely feeling better! Day 3 in Laos Started out the day with the free hotel breakfast. It was good. Nothing fancy but got me started. Not fond of the coffee. There are plenty of good cafes around though.
