Out of quarantine today! After 14 days in quarantine, I was reunited with Crystal. It had actually been two months since we’d seen each other because she got to Bangkok just before the end of 2020. In that time she went through quarantine, started her new job, found a condo for us, and is already quite knowledgeable on how to get around the city.
I found my experience in quarantine really wasn’t that bad. I know a lot of people complain, but if you’ve got some things to do, it’s not so bad. Watch some TV, sleep in, work out, do some reading, surf the net, start writing, research the city you’re in. All that, and people bring you food every day! What’s not to like? Sure, I would rather have been out of quarantine, but I understand why. I passed my COVID tests no problem, and I was on my way!
